Technology Next

We are over at Shop No 6 A 18 in Pandav Nagar, right in the Ganesh Nagar Complex. Most days here are pretty much the same, filled with people coming in with broken phones or asking about laptop parts. We started Technology Next because we noticed people in the neighborhood didn’t have many places to go when their screens cracked or things just stopped working. It isn't a big flashy store, just a regular shop where we keep tools on the benches and parts in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the wires and screws lying around, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time just troubleshooting stuff that doesn't want to cooperate. It’s not always easy work, especially when a part takes a week to arrive, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and people know they can just drop by. It’s a small space, so if three people come in at once, it feels crowded. We usually have the radio on or just talk to whoever walks in about what's wrong with their gear. There is no fancy waiting room here, just a couple of stools and the counter. We do what we can with the tools we have and try to get people back to their day without too much fuss. It is just how we run things here in Pandav Nagar and we hope to stay for a long time.
