We are located on the ground floor at 2/60 in Lalita Park, right in the Laxmi Nagar area of Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our window every single day. We work on IT and software stuff, so there are always a lot of screens glowing in the office. It is not a huge space, but we have managed to fit everyone in. Laxmi Nagar is always humming with energy, and that definitely spills over into our office. We aren't a big corporate tech firm with bean bags and free snacks. We just have regular chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We spend our days coding or fixing bugs and talking to people about their tech problems. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just part of Delhi life. We like being here because it is close to the metro and easy for everyone to reach. Our team is a mix of young people and a few who have been around since we first started. We don't have many formal meetings; we usually just shout across the room if we need something. It is a basic, functional office where we focus on getting the technical work done. It gets a bit crowded with cables, but we make it work.
