Winsome Computer Media & Services

We set up Winsome Computer Media & Services in the Saket Block area of Fazalpur quite some time ago. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in Mandawali, but people around here seem to know where we are. We deal with all sorts of computer stuff and media services, which basically means we spend most of our day looking at screens and trying to fix things that aren't working right. The shop isn't very large, and it can get a bit cluttered with cables and spare parts everywhere. We don't mind the mess though, because it shows we are actually working. Mandawali Fazalpur is a busy place, and we get all kinds of people coming in with different problems. Some days it’s very quiet and we just sit around and talk, and other days everyone shows up at once. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or telling their neighbors about us. It is just a straightforward business. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can't. Sometimes the power goes out in the block and we have to wait for it to come back on before we can finish anything. That's just part of being in this part of town. We are just here to help with whatever computer needs people have in the neighborhood without charging them an arm and a leg.
