Dame Land

Dame Land is tucked away at House No. 233 on Street No. 5 in West Kanti Nagar. It is a small business run right out of a residential area, so it has a very different feel than a shop in a big commercial mall. We are located on a narrow street where the neighbors all know each other and children often play outside. Our setup is pretty simple; we have a small room dedicated to our work and a modest sign out front so people can find us. It’s the kind of place where you might have to wait a minute for someone to come to the door if we are in the back. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just a couple of us handling everything from taking orders to packing things up. Most of our customers are folks from around the area or people who heard about us through word of mouth. We like the quiet atmosphere of West Kanti Nagar, even if it means we aren't as visible as the shops on the main road. The house has been in the family for a long time, and we just converted part of it for the business. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy the personal connection we have with anyone who stops by. There are no fancy displays or bright lights here, just a practical space where we get our daily work done in a relaxed, local way.
