Pee Kay Export House

We've been at No. 169 in the Fie area of Patparganj for a long time now. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always something happening outside our door. Most days start early with the shutter going up and us checking what needs to go out. Pee Kay Export House isn't some fancy glass building you see in movies. It’s a practical place with desks, a lot of files, and people moving boxes around. We deal with exports, which means a lot of paperwork and making sure things are packed right. Sometimes the tea lady comes by late and we just keep working. The streets here can get crowded with trucks and small tempos, especially in the afternoons. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over the desks about what’s next on the list. Usually, there’s a radio playing somewhere in the back. Patparganj has changed a lot since we moved in, but our corner stays pretty much the same. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s where we do our work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just make sure the orders get to where they’re supposed to go without too much fuss. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. When the day ends, we just lock up the heavy gates and head home like everyone else around here. It is just another day in the life.
