We are located in the Chawla Complex over in Shakarpur, right on the Main Vikas Marg. It is a very busy building and we are in Plot A 215. We help people with their money stuff, like figuring out taxes or how to handle their savings. It is a lot of numbers and forms every single day. The office is usually full of files and stacks of paper. It gets pretty loud outside because of the constant traffic on Vikas Marg, but we have gotten used to the noise by now. We are not some big fancy bank with marble floors and expensive furniture. It is just a regular office where we sit and work through various financial questions people bring to us. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, so we just walk down the street to the local stall for a drink. We have been doing this for several years in this same spot. People from the neighborhood come in to ask about their investments or their bank papers. We try to explain things in a way that actually makes sense to them without using too much professional jargon. The parking around here is a total nightmare, so most of us just take the metro to work. It is a small operation with just a few of us trying to keep everyone’s records straight and the folders organized before we go home.
