Genpact

Our office is over at F-400A on Street No.15 in Laxmi Nagar. We are right near Hira Sweets, which is a landmark most people in this part of New Delhi know. It's a busy area with lots of people coming and going for snacks and shopping. The office is a simple setup on the street. We do a lot of work that involves numbers and keeping track of things for other people. It isn't a huge building, just a functional space where we can sit down and focus. The street gets pretty packed in the evenings, especially near the sweet shop. Sometimes the smell of frying samosas comes through the door, which makes us hungry before lunchtime. We have a few computers and some desks that have seen better days. It is mostly quiet inside, except for the tapping of keys and the occasional phone call. We've been in Laxmi Nagar for a while now. It's a good spot because it's easy to tell people how to find us. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some plain chairs and plenty of notebooks. Most of the day is spent looking at screens and filing things away. It’s a straightforward kind of job in a lively neighborhood. We try to stay organized even when the paperwork piles up. It’s just what we do here every day from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the rain makes the street muddy, but we keep the office clean and dry.
