Vomtechnology

Vomtechnology is located right by Kalyan Singh Chowk in NIT, Faridabad. Being at 1-F-30 means we are right in the heart of a very busy part of town. There is always noise coming from the chowk, with horns honking and people shouting, but we’ve learned to tune it out when we’re focused on work. The office itself is quite simple and straightforward. We have our workstations lined up against the walls and a central table where we pile up all the hardware that needs looking at. It’s a practical space for tech work, not a place for showing off to guests. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting and trying to stay on top of the daily tasks that come in. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving chairs around, and the ceiling fan makes a slight clicking sound that nobody really bothers to fix. We usually grab a tea from the stall across the chowk when we need a short break. It’s a very local way of working, and we like being part of the Faridabad scene. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we usually manage to stay organized enough to finish what we started in the morning. It’s just our daily grind at the chowk.
