Vimsa Foods & Beverages is based in Mayur Vihar Phase-1, right at B-7 Ashish Complex. If you know Delhi, you know Mayur Vihar is a packed place with a lot of people and shops everywhere. Being in Ashish Complex means we are right in the middle of all that action. It is a busy commercial building, so there is always someone coming or going. Our unit is where we manage all the food and drink items we deal with. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because we have so much stock and not a whole lot of room to put it. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and the afternoons are usually for deliveries and meetings. It can get pretty hectic with the Delhi traffic right outside, but we have learned to work around it. The complex isn't the newest building in the world, but it serves us well. We do not have any flashy signs or a big showroom. Most of our work is done over the phone or at the back where the supplies are kept. We are just a small team of people trying to keep a food business running in a very competitive city. It is hard work and the days are long, but we like being in such a central location. You will usually find us dodging crates or chatting with the other shop owners in the complex during a quiet moment. It is just how we do things here.
