Barista Coffee Company Limited

We are over at B-104 in East Azad Nagar, right in the heart of Delhi 51. This isn't one of those massive cafes you see in the malls, but it's our little corner where we handle things for the coffee company. The smell of ground coffee is pretty much stuck in the walls at this point, which isn't a bad thing. We spend our shifts making drinks and talking to the regulars who come in every single morning. Some people just want a quick cup before they catch the metro, while others sit for hours with their laptops open. We’ve got the usual machines and the counters that need constant wiping down because someone always spills something. The furniture has a few scratches here and there, but it makes the place feel lived in. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons, especially when the weather is hot and everyone wants something cold to drink. We don’t have a big corporate team here, just a few of us making sure the coffee is made and the orders don't get mixed up. East Azad Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the door. We just keep the music playing and keep the grinders running. It’s a simple job, really, just serving coffee to people who need a break from their day. We also have to keep an eye on the bean inventory so we don't run out when the weekend starts.
