If you're looking for Unitech Computers, we’re up on the second floor on Street Number 7 in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, and the building is older, but it’s where we do all our work. The office is usually filled with open laptops, spare monitors, and a whole lot of tangled cables. We’ve been in Laxmi Nagar for quite some time now, mostly helping people with their broken screens or slow hard drives. It’s a loud neighborhood, and you can always hear the rickshaws and people shouting down on the street. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have shelves full of parts and a couple of workbenches that have seen better days. It’s just us here, usually hunched over a circuit board or trying to recover someone’s lost files. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from across town. We try to be honest about what’s wrong with a machine, even if it’s bad news. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the challenge of figuring out why a computer won’t turn on. Most of our customers are just students or local workers who need their tech fixed fast. It’s a small, busy shop and that’s how we like it.
