Nuance Bpo Matrix is based over in Shakkarpur, specifically in the School Block area. If you know Delhi, you know this neighborhood is always moving. We are at S-102. It's a straightforward office. Nothing flashy. We spend most of our hours sitting at the desks, handling calls or whatever data comes our way. The building is just one of many on this street. Parking is always a headache around here, so most of us just take the metro or walk from the main road. The office inside is functional. We have computers, some old chairs, and a small area for lunch. It gets a bit noisy when the schools nearby let out, but that's just part of being in this block. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a team of people trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just wrote this so people know where we are. We've been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a decent place to work. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home before the traffic gets really bad on the bridge. That's pretty much the whole story of our day-to-day life here in Shakkarpur. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer for the long afternoons to stay awake.
