We are based in the Shakarpur area of New Delhi, specifically in the School Block at S-387. If you’ve ever been to Shakarpur, you know it’s a very crowded and active place, especially with all the students and small businesses around. Our office is always buzzing with activity because we deal with a lot of hardware and technical support. There are usually computer parts, monitors, and cables scattered around the workstations because something is always being repaired or tested. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and equipment stacked up. The staff here is mostly tech-minded people who don't mind the clutter as long as the machines are working. We get a lot of noise from the street outside, but we’ve grown to ignore it over the years. It’s a very hands-on environment; you won't find many people sitting idle. We spend our days troubleshooting issues, talking to clients, and shipping out parts. The building itself is quite standard for this part of Delhi, nothing too fancy, but it serves our needs. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty from all the foot traffic, and the tea man comes by twice a day to keep us going. It’s a hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on the technical side of things and try to stay on top of all the orders.
