Bpo Industry

Our setup for Bpo Industry is over in Laxmi Nagar, specifically Guru Angad Nagar. We are located at W, quite close to the V3S Mall in Shakar Pur. It’s a very busy part of New Delhi-92. You can usually hear the traffic and the metro from our windows. We have a bunch of people here working on phones and computers all day. It’s a typical office environment with headsets and coffee cups everywhere. We chose this spot because it’s easy for everyone to get to. The mall is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. Inside, it's just a lot of cubicles and wires. We aren't fancy and we don't pretend to be. It’s a lot of work, sometimes the shifts go late into the night. We have a small area where people can take a break and eat their lunch. The building itself is older, but it works for what we need. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. As long as the systems are running and the calls are coming through, we’re okay. It’s a practical way to run a business in such a crowded city. We just deal with things as they come and try to keep the team moving forward. It’s a simple operation, really, right here in the heart of Laxmi Nagar, and we take pride in just getting through the day's work.
