Unique Cafe

We’ve been at this spot in Madhu Vihar C-17 for a while now. The Paharganj Industrial Area stays busy, so we see a lot of the same faces every morning. It’s mostly people looking for a quick cup or a place to sit for twenty minutes before their shift starts. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. The chairs are just regular chairs and the tables have some scratches from years of use. Usually, the radio is playing something in the background, but mostly it’s just the sound of the machine and people talking. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the lunch crowd hits, but we manage. My cousin helps out behind the counter when it gets crowded. We keep the menu pretty simple because that’s what people around here seem to like. Nothing too complicated to make or to eat. We try to keep the place tidy, though sometimes a spill takes a minute to get wiped up if we’re tied up with an order. It’s just a normal cafe where you can get your caffeine fix and move on with your day. We know most of the regulars by their first name or at least what they usually order. It isn't a big operation, just us making sure the pots are full and the doors are open on time. If you’re passing through the I P Extension area, you’ll see the sign out front. It’s been there as long as the shop has.
