If you climb up to the second floor at Khasra No 319 in the Main Market of Kondli, you’ll find us. Uddupati Foods Pvt. Ltd. is right in the heart of all that market chaos. It’s a busy area, and the noise from the street below never really stops during the day. Our space is always filled with the smell of whatever we’re processing or packing at the time. It can get a bit cramped up here with all the crates and the staff moving around, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception desk. It’s just a place where we get the food products ready for the market. Most of our day is spent checking quality and making sure the packaging is done right. The stairs are steep, and moving supplies up and down can be a real workout, but that’s just part of being in an old market building. We’ve been in Kondli for a while, and we like being close to where everything is sold. Sometimes things get hectic when a big order comes in, and everyone has to pitch in to get it done on time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just pack food and try to keep everything as fresh as possible before it goes back down to the street. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
