So, this is the spot at House No. 80, Block No.8 in Trilok Puri. It is a bit of a different setting than what most people think of when they hear the name, but this is where we are based for now. The streets around here in Delhi 110091 are always packed with cycles and people walking by. It’s a lively block, and things never really go quiet until late at night when the shops finally close. Inside, we are usually busy with the day-to-day things that keep the food side of things running. It’s not a giant glass building; it’s just a house that we’ve made work for our needs over the years. We have to keep things very clean because that is the main rule for us. The shift starts early, and sometimes the person with the keys is five minutes late, which slows us down, but we always catch up. We don't spend time making fancy posters for the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the burgers and making sure the supplies are right. If you walk past, you’ll probably see some of us standing outside during a break just catching some air. The neighborhood is tight, and everyone knows each other by name. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it.
