We are the team over at the McDonalds located at E-15 Jawahar Park in Laxmi Nagar. Being in this part of Delhi means we stay busy pretty much from the moment we open the doors. It is a lively area and there are always people walking by on their way to work or the metro. Our space here isn't just about the food; it's where we manage the daily grind of running a kitchen and a counter in a crowded neighborhood. We have a lot of young staff members who are often working their first jobs. Things can get a bit chaotic during the lunch rush or on weekend evenings when the park nearby is full of families. We spend a lot of time cleaning floors, stocking up on supplies, and making sure the machines are actually working like they should. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with all kinds of customers. We try to keep a friendly vibe even when we are tired. The office part of our building is usually messy with schedules and delivery receipts. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just show up, put on the uniforms, and try to keep everything moving so people don't have to wait too long. It is just a regular job in a busy part of town and we do our best with it.
