Our place is located at 82 Kala Vihar Apartments in the Ase - I Extn area of Delhi. If you live around here, you probably know the building already. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, focusing on the food and service side of things. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we see a lot of the same faces coming through the doors. The kitchen can get pretty hot in the summer, but we stay on top of things. We don’t have a massive corporate office or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working on the daily tasks and making sure everything is ready for the day. Sometimes deliveries show up late or things get a bit disorganized, but we always manage to straighten it out. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the city. We just like what we do and we like where we are. There are plenty of apartments nearby, so there is always something going on outside. The staff here has been around for a long time, which makes the days go by a bit easier. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations. Most of our focus goes into the actual work we do every single day. It’s a practical setup and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can. It's a simple life here in Delhi.
