Trackers Executive Search Firm is located at C-35 on the Main Road in Kanti, Delhi-110051. Being right on the main road means we see everything that happens in the neighborhood. It is a busy spot in India. We spend our days searching for people to fill big roles in different companies. The Trackers name really fits because that is what we do—we track down the right people for the job. Our office at C-35 isn't anything too special, just a bunch of desks and computers. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the road, but we keep it as clean as we can. There is a lot of coming and going since we are in such a central location in Kanti. We talk to people all day, mostly on the phone but sometimes they come by. The work can be a bit tedious when you are looking through hundreds of profiles, but we just keep at it. We don't use any fancy software or big corporate systems, just our own methods for finding the right candidates. It is a basic operation but it works for us. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. It is just a regular life here at the firm. It is a simple place where we work hard and go home.
