Our spot is over in Laxmi Nagar on Shahid Baghat Singh Marg. The address is L-27, which isn't too hard to find if you know where Vijay Chowk is. We are pretty close to that landmark. Working in this part of Delhi means dealing with a lot of people and a lot of movement every single day. The office is usually a bit messy with cables and old hardware lying around because that is just the nature of what we do here. We keep the fans running most of the time because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Someone is always coming or going, usually to fix something or check on a client nearby. We don't spend much on decorations because we are mostly focused on the screens in front of us. It’s a practical place. Lunch break is usually just someone bringing back rolls or parathas for the group. We have a small table in the corner where the water cooler sits. That’s usually where we end up chatting about whatever happened over the weekend. The traffic on the main road can be a headache, especially during monsoon season when the puddles get deep. But being in Laxmi Nagar is convenient for most of the staff who live around East Delhi. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down.
