Our work happens at Shed No-28/48 in the Work Dsidc Centre in Himmatpuri. It’s an industrial vibe here, nothing like a fancy office. Taandav Global Beverages might sound big, but we’re grounded in this shed where the floor is concrete and the air smells like the machinery around us. Himmatpuri is a busy part of town, and the DSIDC centre is always full of people moving stuff. We spend our shifts managing the beverage production and making sure the crates are stacked safely. It’s loud, it’s often hot, and there’s always something that needs fixing. We don’t have time for corporate talk or long meetings. We just get the work done. The shed has high ceilings which helps a bit with the heat, but when the monsoon hits, the sound of rain on the metal roof is all you can hear. We’ve got a small corner with a table where we eat our lunch and handle the paperwork. It’s a gritty, practical way to run a business. We focus on the bottles and the logistics of getting them out of Himmatpuri and to the rest of the world. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of numbers. We don't try to be anything we're not. We're just a beverage company working out of a shed, trying to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied with their orders. There's a stray cat that hangs around the shed and we sometimes give it milk. It likes the cool floor.
