Syco Real Estate is over at Plot No Bm/60 in Phase 2 of the Shakarpur Enclave. If you know the Shakarpur area, we are quite close to Aggarwal Sweet. That’s usually the best way to explain where we are to people who haven't visited before. We have a small office on the plot. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people looking for places to live or invest. We spend a lot of time out and about, but the office at Bm/60 is where we keep all the records and files. It’s a bit cramped inside because of all the maps and property documents we have piled up. We aren't a big fancy real estate firm with glass walls. We just have a regular shop front basically. Shakarpur Enclave is a tight-knit place, and we've been here long enough to know most of the people on the street. Sometimes we just sit out front if the weather is nice. The noise from the main road and the sweet shop is always there. We don't really have a set routine, things just happen as they come. It's a lot of talking to people and showing them around the neighborhood. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when someone walks in asking about a plot or a flat nearby.
