Cushman & Wakefield

We are over at C-26/A on Street No. 11 in Delhi. It is a typical local spot and we have been here for a good bit now. The area is always full of activity, which keeps things interesting for us. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our daily work for Cushman & Wakefield. We don't have any of those big fancy lobbies you might see in the high-rise buildings. Instead, it is just a plain room with enough desks for the staff and a place to store our files. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating with different people across the city. The street outside can get quite crowded with bikes and people, so it is never really quiet. We don't try to make the place look like something it isn't. It is just a functional workspace for us. We drink a lot of water and try to keep the fans going when it gets hot. Most of us live within a reasonable distance, so we know this part of Delhi very well. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in every morning, check what needs to be done, and try to get it finished by the time we leave. It is a very normal way of working and we just keep it simple.
