1 Sarin Properties

1 Sarin Properties is our small office over in Shakarpur West Vinod Nagar Near Post Office. We spend most of our time looking at local maps and talking to people about houses and bits of land. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather is bad and we have to be out, but we like being active in the neighborhood. We know this part of West Vinod Nagar very well since we have been working here for so long. Our main desk is usually covered in papers, folders, and old coffee mugs. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local area. Being near the post office is very handy because we are always sending out documents or picking up mail. People stop by to ask about rentals or if there is anything for sale nearby. We do not use a lot of big words or high-pressure sales pitches. We just tell people what we honestly know about the properties. Sometimes a deal goes through very quickly, other times it takes many months of waiting. That is just how it is in this kind of business. We have seen the streets change and new buildings go up where there used to be empty dirt lots. At 1 Sarin Properties, we just try to keep track of all the changes. It is a busy life but we enjoy the variety of people we meet.
