Property King

Property King is situated over in Preet Vihar. We’ve been operating out of this neighborhood for a long time now. It’s a busy area for real estate, so there is always something going on. We spend most of our time walking around looking at houses or sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring. It’s not a glamorous job like people think. There is a lot of paperwork and dealing with people who can't decide what they want. Our office in Preet Vihar is pretty simple. We have some chairs for visitors and a big map of the local area on the wall so we can show people where the different plots are. We don't use any of those big marketing slogans. We just tell people what is available and what the price is. Sometimes we know a lot about a house's history and other times we are just learning about it ourselves. The market here goes up and down, so we have to stay on our toes. We’ve lived in this part of the city for years, so we know the streets pretty well. It’s just a local business trying to help people find a place to live or work. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the area. It’s a lot of driving around and talking to landlords, but it keeps us busy through the week.
