Sushant Dixit

My name is Sushant Dixit and my business is based out of Pharma Apartment in I.P. Extension, Delhi. The specific address is B-4/47. If you know the 110092 area, you know it is a pretty established residential neighborhood with lots of apartment complexes. I use my place here as the main base for everything I do. It’s a lot more comfortable than a cold office building, though it does mean I have to be disciplined about not getting distracted by the TV or the kitchen. I started this because I wanted to be my own boss and work on things that actually matter to me. The apartment is filled with folders and my computer setup, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when I have supplies delivered. I don’t have a big sign on the gate or anything like that. People usually find me through word of mouth or by looking up the address in I.P. Extension. Living and working in the same spot means I’m always around if something urgent comes up. It’s not a perfect system—sometimes the doorbell rings right when I’m in the middle of a call—but it’s how I’ve chosen to run things. I try to be fair and do good work for anyone who reaches out. Delhi is a fast-paced city, so having this little spot to focus is really helpful for me to keep things on track.
