Sunyna Steels

Sunyna Steels operates out of D-45 Sadbhawna Apartment in Delhi. It might seem a bit unusual to have a steel business based in an apartment complex, but we make it work from our unit there. We mostly handle the administrative side and some small-scale distribution from this location. Steel is a heavy business, so dealing with the logistics in a residential building requires some planning. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with the mills and the transport guys. The apartment is on one of the middle floors, so there’s a lot of going up and down the stairs when the elevator is busy. We have samples of different steel grades lying around the office, which can make the place look a bit cluttered. Our team is small, just two or three of us keeping track of the orders and making sure the deliveries are on schedule. Delhi is a huge market for construction materials, so we stay busy throughout the year. The noise of the city is always there in the background, but inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and phone calls. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just do our work and talk to our customers directly. It’s a very practical way of doing things, and it has served us well since we started here. We just focus on getting the steel moved.
