Sukhija Properties Agents is located right at Shop No 4 in Lakshmi Nagar, specifically in the Kundan Nagar area. We sit right opposite Shastri Nagar, which is a busy little part of town. Most of our days are spent right here in the shop, talking to people who walk in looking for a house or a plot of land. We have been doing this for a good while now, so we have seen how the streets around here have changed over the years. It is a lot of work just keeping track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. The traffic outside can get pretty loud sometimes, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big corporate office or fancy carpets, just a simple place where we keep our files and answer the phone. Usually, it is just us sitting here with some tea, waiting for the next person to drop by. We know the local blocks quite well and try to keep up with the prices, which always seem to be moving. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the evening hours.
