We are based over in Mayur Vihar, Phase-Iii, right here in Delhi 110 096. Being in this part of the city means we’re always around people and activity. Steel Scaff (India) Pvt. Ltd. isn't some big corporate giant; we’re just a team working out of our space here. Most of the day is spent handling calls or managing the workers out in the yard. Scaffolding is heavy work, and it's always dirty. You can’t really keep a place like this clean when you're dealing with pipes and metal all day long. Sometimes we lose track of a specific wrench or a bolt, but we usually find it eventually. The heat in Delhi can be tough in the summer, especially when you're touching metal that's been sitting in the sun, but we just get on with it. We've got a lot of regulars who come to us from all over the area. They know where we are in Phase-Iii. It’s not the easiest place to park a big truck, but we make it work somehow. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just talk to whoever is closest to the door or the phone. We've been here for quite some time, and the building shows its age, but it serves us well. It’s just a regular business day for us, every day, trying to keep the inventory moving and the paperwork from piling up too high on the desks.
