Spice Retail Limited

We are based at G7 in the Durga Complex. It’s part of the LSC Building in Mayur Vihar Phase II. Most people find us by looking for the Neelam Mata Mandir, as we’re quite close to it. The area is always humming with people. There are shops everywhere and the foot traffic never really stops. Our space, Spice Retail Limited, is just a regular shop floor. We spend most of our time organizing products and talking to people who come in. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s a practical space. The LSC building has seen better days, but it’s a central spot for the neighborhood. We have a small back room for storage and a front area where we handle the customers. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a lot of people are inside at once. We don't have any fancy brochures or a philosophy we talk about. We just open up in the morning, check what needs to be done, and stay until the evening. The local tea seller comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the other shopkeepers in Durga Complex and we help each other out when needed. It’s just a standard retail life in Mayur Vihar. We deal with the daily deliveries and make sure everything is in its place before we close.
