Down at Subhash Chowk in Laxmi Nagar, you can usually find us at F-15A. Subhash Masala Co. Pvt. Ltd. is a busy little place, and you can often smell the spices even before you walk through the door. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and people constantly walking by. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of every square inch. We’ve got bags and containers everywhere, and someone is always measuring something or packing it up. It’s a bit dusty at times, but that’s just the way it is when you’re dealing with masalas. We don't have any polished corporate brochures. Most of what we do is just based on years of doing it the same way. We have our regulars who come in, and we know what they need without them even asking. The staff here are more like a family than just employees. We bicker sometimes, but we always get the orders out on time. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans never seem to be fast enough, but we keep at it. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just try to be honest about what we have and get it to the people who want it. It’s hard work, and our hands are usually stained by the end of the day, but we don't mind much.
