We are based over in East Vinod Nagar at A-32A, specifically on Street number 4/5. It’s a typical Delhi residential area that has turned into a bit of a business hub too. Ktc (India) is what it says on the door, but to most people around here, we are just the place that handles cars and transport. The office is pretty basic. We have a lot of keys hanging on the wall and a whiteboard that never seems to stay clean. Running a transport business in a city like this is a lot of work. There are always drivers calling in about traffic or some car needing a repair. We spend a lot of time on the phone. The street outside can get pretty tight when we have vehicles parked there, so we have to move things around quite a bit to keep the neighbors happy. It’s a family-style environment, really. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time, and we know the local shops and where to get the best tea. It isn't about being fancy. We just focus on getting the cars where they need to go. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a late arrival, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late at night. The neighbors know us well by now, and we've become part of the daily life on this street for many years.
