Sparsh Infotech is at Shop No.45/10 in East Azad Nagar, which is part of the Krishna Nagar area. If you know where Brijwasi Sweets is, we are very close to that. It’s a handy landmark because almost everyone stops there for snacks. Our shop is a small place where we handle information technology tasks. We have a few computers set up and a workbench where we take things apart. It’s often a bit cluttered with spare parts and old monitors. We aren't a big corporate firm. We are just a local shop where you can bring your computer when it stops working. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting problems that are sometimes easy and sometimes very annoying. The neighborhood is quite lively, and we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people living in East Azad Nagar. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just like fixing things and helping people get back online. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly difficult. The coffee from the shop across the street keeps us going during those long afternoons. It’s a simple life running a tech shop. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We just provide a local service for the people around here who need their gadgets looked at. It has been our home for several years and we really like the community feel of Krishna Nagar.
