Softek Pvt Ltd is located in Patparganj at Tarang Apartments, specifically C-56. Even though our name says Noida, this I.P. Extension address is our home base. It’s actually a residential flat that we’ve turned into an office space. This makes the whole work environment feel very different from a standard office block. We have desks set up in what used to be the living area and the rooms are full of monitors and tangled cables. We’ve been here for quite a while now. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is good for us because we need to concentrate on our software work. We don't have a lot of people walking in off the street, as most of our business happens through the internet. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes cook a simple lunch. It’s a very tight-knit group of people working here. We don’t follow a strict schedule as long as the work gets finished. If the weather is nice, we sometimes take our laptops out to the balcony for a bit. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, but it works perfectly for what we do. We just focus on writing code and making sure our systems are running as they should. It’s a comfortable, practical way for a small tech company to operate in Delhi. We keep things pretty informal and just focus on the technical tasks we have.
