Sniper Executive Search Firm is based out of Delhi, near the 110096 area. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking through lists of names. It’s a lot of matching people with places. We don’t have a big front desk or anything. It's mostly just us working through the piles of resumes that come in every day. Finding the right person is harder than it looks on paper. You have to actually talk to people. We do a lot of that. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. Delhi is a big city and there are always people looking for something new. We try to keep track of who is going where. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but we manage. We aren't some massive global corporation with glass walls. We are just a small team in an office in Delhi. We know the local market pretty well. We’ve seen how businesses here grow and sometimes how they struggle. It’s a lot of back and forth. You call someone, they don't answer, you try again later. That is basically our day. We don’t use fancy software for everything, just good old-fashioned talking. It works for us. We stay until the work is done. It’s practical work. No fluff. We like being here in this part of Delhi because it keeps us busy and there’s always something new to learn about the local job scene.
