Shree Shakti Exports (P) Ltd. is over at 127, Bank Enclave, in Laxmi Nagar. This part of Delhi is always moving, and Bank Enclave is a bit of a pocket where things are a little more settled but still very busy. We have our setup here and it’s basically where all the export coordination happens. It’s not a massive warehouse or anything like that; it’s more of an administrative hub where we keep track of where everything is going. We deal with a lot of paperwork because exporting things is never as simple as you think it would be. There is always a new form or a different regulation to look at. The office is often full of samples and boxes that are being prepared for shipping. It can get a bit messy, especially when we have a big order going out, but we manage to stay on top of it. We have a few people who have been with us since the start, so we are more like a small family than a bunch of coworkers. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents or suppliers. It’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. We just focus on making sure the goods get to where they need to be on time, every time.
