We run Shiv Sai Information And Technology Services Private Limited out of Pandav Nagar. Our spot is in Block C, specifically at C-9. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people and shops around. We handle information technology services, which mostly means we help people with their computer systems and data. We aren't a big firm with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. Our office is simple and functional. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of wires. It can get a bit noisy with the street sounds coming in, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been here for a bit and know many of the other shop owners on the block. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live or work nearby and know we can handle their tech issues. We try to be as straightforward as possible. If something is broken, we say so. We don't use a lot of technical jargon that nobody understands. It’s just us, working hard every day to keep things running. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our breaks. We don't have a big vision or anything like that. We just want to do good work and stay busy in this part of Delhi. It's a crowded area, but we've made ourselves a little home here.
