Shaurya`S Pickles And Masalas Llp is based at Flat No 104, Tower 19 in the Commonwealth Games Village. It’s a bit of a different setting for a business like ours, being in a residential tower. But it works for what we do. The Commonwealth Games Village is a nice area with a lot of space and greenery around the buildings. We use this flat to manage the business. When you think of pickles and masalas, you might think of a big factory, but we handle the Shaurya’S brand from here with a more personal touch. It’s quiet inside the tower, which is good for focusing on the recipes and the orders. We spend a lot of time talking about spices and how the batches are turning out. Sometimes the delivery guys get a bit confused finding Tower 19, but once they know the way, it’s fine. It feels less like a cold office and more like a home-grown project that grew bigger. We don’t have a shop front here, just the flat where we do the work. It’s a clean and organized space. We are proud of the name Shaurya’S and what it stands for in our family. We just keep working away at our masalas and pickles, making sure everything is done the right way before it leaves the village.
