We’re located over at Xc 1 in Sah Vikas, which is part of the 68 Ip Extension area here in New Delhi. It’s a residential-ish neighborhood, so it doesn’t feel like you’re stuck in a boring business park all day. We do IT stuff, mostly helping people fix their tech problems or setting up systems that actually work. There are a lot of wires and old monitors sitting in the corner of the room. It’s not the neatest office, but we know where every cable goes. We’ve been working out of this space for a few years now. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend a lot of our breaks. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't really have a boss who hovers over us. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we’re here late when a server goes down, but that’s just part of the job. Most of the time, it’s just steady work. We don't bother with those big corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We’d rather just fix the problem and move on to the next one. It’s a bit messy, a bit loud sometimes, but it’s our place and we like it that way. We just keep the servers running and the computers happy.
