Sabras Foods

Sabras Foods is located at G 1 in Karkardooma Phase 2. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a lot of shelves and plenty of boxes. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory and moving things from the delivery truck into the shop. Being at G 1 means we are right on the ground floor, which helps with the heavy lifting. The floor is concrete and can be a bit hard on the feet after eight hours. We don’t have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you’re writing down an order, the next you’re sweeping the entryway. Karkardooma Phase 2 is a busy area, but our corner stays relatively orderly. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s not a place for lounging around. We stay busy with the packing and the labeling. Sometimes the labels don't stick right and we have to redo them. The windows are high up, so we don't see much of the street, but we hear the traffic. We keep the place as clean as we can, though some dust always finds its way in. It’s a practical business. We show up, do the work, and make sure everything is in its place before we leave. That’s how we’ve always done things here at Sabras Foods. It is a lot of routine, but it keeps things moving forward.
