Saan Food Processing Private Limited

We’ve been working out of this spot in Shakarpur at U-173 for a while now. It’s a busy area and the space is tucked away, but it works for what Saan Food Processing Private Limited does. My name is on the paperwork but really it’s a team effort here every single day. We handle a lot of different food items, mostly processing things so they’re ready for the market. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running and the space feels a bit small sometimes when we have a big shipment coming in. Being near the W/O Hare Krishna Mishra residence means we try to keep things orderly, though it’s hard in such a crowded part of Delhi. Most days start early and end late. We aren't doing anything fancy, just standard food work that needs to get done. The neighborhood knows us and we know them. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lanes, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work clothes moving crates or checking the machines. It’s a practical setup. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much of a break.
