Rs Solution

You’ll find us on the first floor over at Ganesh Nagar in the Pandav Nagar Complex. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to B 4. The building is older and has that specific smell of concrete and old paper. We started Rs Solution to help out with various technical issues people were having. It’s mostly computer stuff and figuring out why things aren't talking to each other. The office isn't very big, so we have to be organized with our cables and spare parts. On Mondays, it usually feels like everything is happening at once. We get calls from all over the complex and the surrounding area. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes we stay late because a project is being stubborn. It’s quiet in the building at night, which is actually when we get the most done. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door is unlocked, you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. We know the guy who runs the tea stall downstairs quite well. He brings up a tray when he sees we are buried in work. It’s a decent way to spend the day, solving puzzles and keeping things running.
