The office is usually quiet, though you can sometimes hear the sounds of the street or the neighbors. We do not have any big promotional displays. Most people who come here already know who we are. We keep things very simple. We have a small table for tea and a few desks where the work happens. We do not have a big staff, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It is a very informal environment. We do not wear suits or have formal meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. It is a real, everyday kind of place. We are just regular people doing our jobs in a corner of Mayur Vihar. We are happy with our small setup and our daily routine.
