Shakarpur is one of those places that never really sleeps, and we are right in the middle of it on Vikash Marg. Rkag Technology is located at S-511A and S-511B, Shop No. 202/B on the second floor. It is a bit of a maze in the Chool Block, but once you find us, it is a pretty standard workspace. We share the building with a bunch of other shops and offices, so there is always someone coming or going. The noise from Vikash Marg is constant, like a background hum that you eventually stop hearing after a few weeks. We are not a big operation with hundreds of employees. It is just us in a shop-turned-office, doing what we can with technology. There is no big corporate ladder to climb here, just people doing their jobs. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things are not working the way they should. It is not always glamorous, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Delhi heat, but we make it work. We like being in East Delhi because everything you could ever need is just a short walk away. We do not have a big mission statement written on the wall; we just have a list of things to do and we try to cross them off by the end of the day. It is a bit messy and loud, but it is our place.
