Reeta Store

We have been running Reeta Store for quite some time now at WB-74 in Shakarpur. It is just a simple shop on the ground floor. We don’t have a massive warehouse or hundreds of employees. It is mostly just us and occasionally a family member who comes in to help when things get a bit hectic. We sell the kind of things people need every day like snacks, household items, and basic groceries. The morning time is usually the busiest because people are stopping by on their way to work or taking kids to school. Shakarpur is a crowded place, and our street is no different. Sometimes the delivery trucks can’t even get down the road, so we have to carry boxes from the corner. It is a lot of physical work and the days are long. We open early and stay open until it gets dark. The shelves are a bit old and we have to move things around constantly to make space for new stock. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It is just a local store where you can get what you need without any fuss. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. If we don’t have something, we try to get it in for the next time. It isn't a perfect business, and sometimes we forget to update the prices on the labels right away, but we do our best to keep things running smoothly for the neighborhood.
