Real Mac Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been at Surya Complex in Shakarpur for a while now. Most people find us on the second floor in room 203. It's right on Vikas Marg, so the traffic can be a bit much sometimes if you’re driving here. We deal with Mac stuff mostly, hence the name Real Mac Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It started out small but we grew over the years. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and fixing hardware issues that people bring in. It's usually busy. If you walk past the Veer Savarkar Block, you'll see the building. We aren't a big fancy showroom or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we have to go out, but usually, someone is here. We handle repairs and some software things too. It's not always quiet in the office because there's always a fan whirring or someone talking on the phone about a parts order. People usually come to us when their laptops start acting up or won't turn on. We try to be straight with everyone about how long things take. It’s just how we run things here in Shakarpur. We’ve seen all kinds of broken screens and spilled drinks on keyboards over the years. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the desk that day.
