Randsand

Being tucked away in Vasundhra Enclave at A-22 City Appartment is quite nice for us at Randsand. New Delhi is always moving fast, but this little corner feels a bit more settled. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a while. It’s not your typical office with a reception desk and a bunch of signs. It’s just us and our equipment in a space that works. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on what needs to happen by the end of the day. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We know the local market nearby and usually grab lunch from one of the stalls there. It’s a simple life. No fancy meetings or big presentations with projectors. We just sit around the main table and talk through what’s going on. Sometimes the traffic in East Delhi makes it hard for people to get here, but once they arrive, it’s relaxed. We have a few plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. It’s just a normal workplace. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We value the fact that we can just be ourselves here. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra fluff that usually comes with a business. We just open the windows, let the air in, and start the day. It has its own charm, being in a regular apartment building like this.
