You can find us at 9/536 in Gandhi Nagar, right in the middle of Walia Market on Subhash Road. It’s a busy place with a lot of people moving around. Being a property dealer here means we see all sorts of folks coming through. We’ve had this spot for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that most weeks. We sit at our desks, drink tea, and talk to people about shops or houses. It's not a fancy air-conditioned lounge. Just some chairs and a table with plenty of papers. We know the streets around Gandhi Nagar like the back of our hands. If someone is looking for a small corner or a bigger space, we usually have a lead. Sometimes the market gets so loud we have to shout over the noise. Ram Property Dealer doesn't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us.
