Proval Consulting, Delhi

Proval Consulting is tucked away on the second floor of D-66, over in Lane Number 3 in Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve never been to this part of New Delhi, the lanes can be a bit confusing at first, but you get used to it after a few visits. We’ve been here for a good bit now, working on various consulting projects. It’s mostly just us sitting around computers, looking at spreadsheets and talking through problems. The office isn’t huge, but there’s enough room for the team and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything fancy like that. You just walk up the stairs and you’ll find us. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that corporate talk that nobody really understands anyway. Most of our day is spent answering emails or having meetings that go on a bit too long. We like being in Laxmi Nagar because everything you need is just a short walk away. It feels like a real community here with the local shops and food stalls. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to do our jobs well and get home on time to our families.
